Free changes for 12 hours
For 12 hours after you pay, you can change the place, date, time, words or style of your chart for free. Use the “Change my order” link in your confirmation email; a digital chart is sent again with your changes.
Want a different size or frame, or a change to a necklace? Reply to your confirmation email within the same 12 hours and we will make the change before anything is printed or engraved (a larger size costs only the price difference).
Digital charts: 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a digital star chart or certificate, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No questions, nothing to return.
Prints: free reprint guarantee
A person checks every print file before it goes to print. If your print, frame, clock or necklace still arrives damaged, misprinted, or not the way it looked in your preview, we reprint it free or refund you. Tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo; there is no need to send anything back.
Because each piece is made for you, we can't take a print back for a plain change of mind once it has been printed. That is what the free 12-hour change window is for.
Lost or late parcels
Every print ships with tracking. If your parcel is lost in the post, we send a new one free. If a parcel comes back to us because the address entered at checkout was incomplete or wrong, we will gladly send it again; in that case only the reshipping cost is charged.
Several items with the same issue
If an issue affects several items with the same design, please send one photo (or video) that shows all of them together.
