How we compare our prices

Next to some of our star map prints we show a typical price at other star-map shops. It is what other shops charge for the same kind of product, not a price we used to charge. We only show it where the difference is real; where other shops charge about what we do, or less, we show nothing.

How it is worked out: in October 2026 we looked up each shop's own list price for a US shopper, before any coupon. Where a shop doesn't sell our exact size, we used its nearest smaller size, which is cheaper, and the table says which size it was. The typical figure is the middle (median) price of those shops, rounded down, not the most expensive one. Our prices include shipping; the shipping column shows theirs.

Shops change their prices and run sales. If you find a figure here that is out of date, tell us at support@giftthestars.com and we will re-check it.
